Old Money (“we,” “us,” “the show”) runs this site at oldmoneyplaybook.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Email address — when you opt in to The Playbook or any form on the site.
- Basic server logs — IP address, user agent, referer, pages viewed. Standard web-server logs, retained briefly to investigate abuse and performance.
- Nothing else. No accounts, no profiles, no purchase history, no behavioral tracking beyond the above.
Why we collect it
- Deliver the Playbook magnet and subsequent educational emails about the show.
- Operate and secure the site.
- Measure, at an aggregate level, which episodes and plays people read.
Cookies & tracking
We use a minimal session cookie required for the site to function and CSRF protection. We do not run third-party ad or cross-site tracking cookies today. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change ships.
Who we share it with
- Email service provider — ActiveCampaign. Stores your email + sends the drips.
- Hosting — Laravel Vapor (AWS). Serves the site.
- Affiliate partners — when you click an outbound link like
/clickfunnels, you leave our site. The partner may set their own cookies under their own privacy policy. We do not pass your email or any personal data to them. - We do not sell or rent your email to anyone.

Your rights
- Unsubscribe — every email has a one-click unsubscribe footer.
- Access / correct / delete — email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.
- GDPR (EEA/UK visitors) — lawful basis for processing is consent (opt-in) and legitimate interests (security logs). You may withdraw consent any time.
- CCPA (California residents) — you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
